Roseville has added more than 150 trees thanks to an Emerald Ash Borer Community Forest Response Tree Planting Grant from the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund and the MN Department of Natural Resources.
In September, volunteers planted 100 trees at parklands throughout the city.
In October, the city will be planting an additional 50 trees along boulevards in residential areas.
Thee tree plantings are part of the city’s ongoing effort to maintain a healthy diversity of trees throughout the city.
