Beer aficionados and wine enthusiasts, the Friends of Roseville Parks Foundation invites you to get tapped and uncorked on Friday, September 27. This is a chance to sample special releases from local producers.
In addition to local craft breweries, distilleries and cideries, there will also be a selection of wines, including many that are made in Minnesota. A variety of foods will be available to purchase from food trucks and local restaurants. Participants can play fun games while enjoying music by Power of 10.
More than 30 brewers, wineries and distillers will be at the event. Visit pourforparks.com for the latest list of participants. Cost is $35 in advance or $40 at the door, plus an optional $15 VIP Spirit Tent for distillers and crafted cocktails. Designated driver tickets will be available for $10 and includes unlimited soft drinks. Guests must be 21 or older and show ID.
Tickets are available at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive or online at pourforparks.com.
Volunteers are needed to help make this a successful event. Tickets for volunteers are available for $10. Volunteers work two hour shifts, helping with set-up or take-down, ticket-taking, ice running, staffing the VIP tent or light security. Volunteers will receive training and be given their assignments on Wednesday, September 25. Volunteers receive a t-shirt and tasting glass which can be used outside their shift. Please contact Leslie Norsted at 651-587-9912 if interested in helping.
