The City of Roseville is seeking responses from qualified consultants to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to support the city's efforts to embed a racial equity lens within the day-to-day work of city business.
The consultant(s) will be asked to provide immediate, on-going and long-term actions the city can take.
Racial inequities in access and opportunity are deep and pervasive for communities of color. The City of Roseville recognizes that the government has played a historical role in creating and maintaining these inequities through a range of laws and policies. These historical racial inequities persist today, and Roseville is committed to dismantling the structural barriers impacting communities of color as a means to improve outcomes for all.
