The City Council will hold a special closed session meeting on July 9 to further discuss litigation strategy in the matter of Victor Yair Hernandez-Rivera v. Officer Justin Gunderson, Officer Erin Reski, Officer Kyle Eckert, and Officer Grant Dattilo.
The City Council will receive confidential information protected by attorney-client privilege during this closed session meeting.
