Passed resolution of support for CommonBond development for applications for Ramsey County HOME funds and Metropolitan Council Livable Community Demonstration Account
Passed resolution authorizing the use of $120,000 of sewer access charge credits to assist the CommonBond development

Approved noise variance for the County Road C reconstruction project
Held a joint meeting with the Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission to review the past years activities and discuss upcoming projects
Approved ordinances amending city code and Centre Pointe planned unit development
Directed staff to contact recent applicants to gauge interest in being appointed to fill a vacancy of the Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission
