Passport application and service fees must be paid by check (personal, certified, cashier's, traveler's) or money order payable to "U.S. Department of State." Separate checks or money orders are needed for each application. One check for the entire family is no longer accepted.
Unfortunately, these fees may not be paid with a credit or debit card. All other fees, including processing and photo fees must be paid separately and may be paid by cash, check (from a Minnesota bank) payable to City of Roseville, debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover).
Yes, we take passport photos at our location. The fee for photos is $15 per person. Visit our Passports page for additional information.
No. The Roseville Passport Center offers walk-in service ONLY and does not accept appointments. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturdays are extremely busy so please plan to arrive early. Application acceptance on Saturdays may close prior to 1:00 p.m. if processing capacity has been reached for the day.
