Dash Recreation Software Transition

Roseville Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce that we are transitioning from ActiveNetwork to Dash, a new recreation management system designed to make your experience easier, faster, and more user-friendly. Dash will provide a streamlined process for program registration, facility rentals & requests, and communication.

This change reflects our commitment to improving customer service, offering modern online tools, and creating a more convenient experience for the community. We appreciate your patience as we make the switch and look forward to serving you through Dash.

Timeline:

• October 20: Customers are able to set up new accounts on Dash.
• November 9: Last day to register for classes in ActiveNetwork
• November 10-16: No registrations, Cedarholm Community Building rentals, or Park Building rentals taken during this time.
• November 17: Registration opens, rental process at Cedarholm and Park Building opens, utilizing new software, Dash
• December 9: Winter Registration Opens
